01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and cd44vip ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, accessing any part of the website, downloading any associated application, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise using any service offered by cd44vip, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

cd44vip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, the Platform will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English and are governed by the operational standards applicable to the Bangladesh market. In the event of any ambiguity, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail. The ৳ Taka symbol and BDT references throughout refer to Bangladeshi Taka as the functional currency of this platform.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the cd44vip platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they hold an active account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. cd44vip operates exclusively for adults aged 18 and above. Persons under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the platform in any capacity.
• You must be using the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of cd44vip or its affiliated technology or payment partners.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either self-imposed through cd44vip's responsible gaming tools or imposed through another recognised gambling harm organisation.

cd44vip employs automated and manual age-verification procedures. The Platform may request documentary evidence of your age and identity at any stage — including before processing your first withdrawal, at any point during a bonus review, or where the Platform has reasonable grounds to suspect a user may be underage. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority.

03 Account Registration & Security

Registration Requirements

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and preferred payment method details. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information whenever it changes.

You are permitted to hold only one registered account on cd44vip. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or on behalf of another person — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts, cancellation of any bonus funds or pending withdrawals, and a permanent ban from the platform.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, allow any other person to access the platform through your account, or use the account details of another registered user. cd44vip strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available to all registered players free of charge via Account Settings.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, or if your login credentials have been compromised in any way, you must notify cd44vip support immediately at support@cd44vip. cd44vip will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where the Player failed to take reasonable steps to secure their account or failed to report a suspected breach promptly.

Identity Verification (KYC)

cd44vip is committed to operating a safe, fraud-free platform and operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. Verification documents may be requested at any time and must be provided within a reasonable period as specified in any verification request. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in the temporary restriction of withdrawal functions until verification is complete.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Supported Payment Methods

cd44vip supports the following payment methods for BDT deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The Platform reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to players.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There are no platform-side fees applied to deposits. Processing times vary by payment method but bKash and Nagad deposits are typically credited to your account balance within minutes of a successful transaction. You must only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may trigger a KYC review.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, in accordance with standard anti-money-laundering practice. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes under normal operating conditions. Card withdrawals may take 1–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.

All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. cd44vip reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used to deposit. Currency & Exchange

All account balances are held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cd44vip does not apply any foreign exchange conversion or markup. Players will never be asked to hold funds in a currency other than BDT. Any foreign exchange costs incurred by the Player's bank or mobile financial service provider are outside the control of cd44vip and are the Player's own responsibility.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual offer.

Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated on the specific offer page, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the offer terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus, which will also be stated in the offer terms. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be voided with no cash equivalent.

Bonus Abuse & Fraud

cd44vip operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using a third party's payment details to circumvent one-bonus-per-payment-method restrictions; coordinated play between multiple accounts to extract bonus value at low risk; placing bets that exploit bonus terms through structured low-risk betting patterns.

Where the Platform identifies or reasonably suspects bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any winnings derived from the bonus, suspend the account pending investigation, and — where fraud is confirmed — permanently close the account and report the incident to relevant financial institutions.

Promotional Offers & Seasonal Promotions

cd44vip periodically offers promotional incentives tied to Bangladesh's sporting and cultural calendar, including BPL cricket season promotions, T20 World Cup betting cashback, Eid bonus offers, and Pohela Boishakh special events. These promotions are offered at the Platform's discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time. Participation in any promotion constitutes acceptance of its specific terms.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

Malfunction Policy

The Platform will not be liable for any losses attributed to technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including internet service provider outages experienced by the Player.

07 Responsible Gaming

Use of these tools is encouraged and will never disadvantage a Player's account status or access to future promotions.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure reminders that notify them after a specified period of continuous active play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary account suspension for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the active cooling-off period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion for a minimum period of six months. Self-exclusion takes effect within minutes of the confirmed request. Reactivation after the exclusion period requires identity re-verification and a mandatory review by support staff.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

Voluntary Closure

Any registered player may request the voluntary closure of their cd44vip account at any time by contacting support at support@cd44vip. Upon receipt of a closure request, the Platform will process any remaining verified balance back to the Player's last verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Account data will be retained in accordance with the Platform's Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations.

Suspension and Termination by cd44vip

cd44vip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account without prior notice where the Platform has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred or is occurring:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime
• Chargebacks initiated against legitimate deposits
• Collusion, chip-dumping, or any form of multi-player cheating in live dealer or poker games
• Use of automated bots, scripts, or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage
• Any behaviour that the Platform deems abusive, threatening, or harmful toward support staff or other players

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the Player will be notified by email. Where the investigation concludes that a material breach has occurred, the Platform reserves the right to forfeit any bonus-derived winnings and to withhold withdrawals pending the outcome of any fraud or legal proceedings. Players who believe a suspension has been applied in error may appeal by contacting support@cd44vip with full supporting information.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or imposed — your right to access the cd44vip platform ceases immediately. Any remaining balance that is not subject to an active investigation or KYC hold will be returned to your verified payment method within five (5) business days. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure are forfeited in all cases.
